KATIE NAGEL, DDS , RDH

Dr. Katie Nagel, dentist in Columbine has been involved in dentistry most of her life. She started in high school working the front desk and later followed in her mother’s footsteps to become a hygienist. Dr. Nagel later decided to go to dental school to fulfill a need to serve her patients better. “As a hygienist, I loved the personal connection and care I provided my patients, but I just felt like I could and wanted to do more. Returning to school to become a dentist was one of the most rewarding choices in my life. I am thrilled to be able to provide a higher level of care to my patients.”

Dr. Nagel graduated in the top in her class from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and was nominated into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Society which is a prestigious National Dental Honor Society – a distinction that reflects her love of education, excellence in clinical care, and moral character. Dr. Nagel lives on a ranch with her husband of 22 years and their two daughters. Their family is heavily involved with basketball and the local 4H program through which her girls show livestock.
